Join a guided hike in the woods of Floresta in search of Sicilian truffles, together with expert truffle hunters and their dogs. At the end, a tasty tasting will let you discover how to best enhance this precious ingredient.

Transfer to the forest of Floresta (ME), the highest municipality in Sicily, located about 1,300 meters above sea level. The Floresta Forest is a large natural expanse included within the Nebrodi Park, the largest protected area in Sicily, covering more than 86000 hectares, well known for being one of the best sources of mushrooms in Sicily.

Start of the approximately 2-hour truffle search with our trained dogs. During the proposed route, in the magnificent scenery of the Nebrodi Mountains, you will walk through high mountain trails in beech forest areas, all enclosed in a landscape, geological and ecological context.

Back to headquarters: time to move on to the kitchen, where we will show you how to use and enhance the truffle we have just harvested.
